Characteristics
  • 1. It has a compact structure.

  • 5. For using an alumina tube and graphite tube, the temperature of use will be up until 1650 degrees Celcius and 2400 degrees Celcius, respectively.
  • 6. We input the atmosphere gas to the inside of Klin, so we can manufacture products with fast response and uniformity.
  • 7. Product discharge temperature is below 50 degrees Celcius. (There is gas until the exit.)
  • 8. For Klin materials, there are high purity Al2O3, graphite, quartz, inconel, nickel, titanium, SUS 304, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, copper, aluminium, etc.
    According to atmosphere, the range of use and Klin size are decided. (For Al2O3, 300 - 500 Dia. X 3000 – 5000L) The lowest temparature is 50 degrees Celsius.
  • 9. There is no problem due to the heating rate and cooling rate.
  • 10. For rotating Klin, AC Servo Motor was used (stepless speed change), and the tilt angle is manually stepless.
  • 11. For the heater, SiC, Carbon, MoSi2, Kanthal, Wire, W, Mo Rod, etc. are used according to temparature and atmosphere.
  • 12. According to temperature and atmosphere, ceramic molded insulating material, graphite, etc. are used for insulating materials.
  • 13. It is simple to replace a heater.
